Vendor Relationship Management

Similar to a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, the Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) CLA Sage Intacct platform application creates a centralized location to manage all aspects of your business relationship with your many Vendors. The VRM platform app contains the following features:
  • W9 Management: Automate the process of requesting W9’s from Vendors through the use of customizable Email Templates for your business and track the process all within the Vendor record.
  • Vendor Notes: Keep notes on your vendor records so that any communication with vendors is in one centralized location. From request for payment updates to ACH information, store your vendor notes in one place and even use chatter to communicate within your finance team.
  • Agreements and Contracts: Manage contract terms and attachments all within Intacct.
  • Written Correspondence: Manage your written correspondences with vendors in Sage Intacct from wire instructions to statements and letters. Easily upload documents to attach as well.
  • Insurance Policies: Create insurance policies from an AP Bill in Sage Intacct and automatically attach it to the correct Vendor for easy future reference.
  • Leases and Commitment Schedule: Keep track of all leases associated with vendors down to the product leased level and report on future commitments.

Auto Select AP Bill to Pay Removes extra step of selecting AP bills to pay. When adding a bill to Sage Intacct, simply select a payment method, account, and date, and the app will do the rest.
